All VPS accounts are configured and ready to use and you can remotely reboot your system at any time. All accounts include a free reseller account, and there are many optional add-ons to customize your account as you wish. Options include R1 soft backups, around the clock management of all aspects of your account, additional IPs, billing software, cPanel, and Softaculous.

Your data is secure with SharkSpace because daily backups are made of your website, including emails, files and databases using leading backup software (R1 soft), and seven restore points are kept for the previous seven days at all times so you can restore any file or even your complete account at any time from your control panel.

SharkSpace uses Raid-10 to organize your data, which means data is stored as stripes across multiple disk sets which are then mirrored. This gives you the security of knowing that if one disk fails another will take over, keeping your sites online, and it also enables SharkSpace technicians to replace a hard drive any time without needing to shut down or reboot the server.
