My step dad has passed away, and has a domain name through Yahoo! Small Business, whom is a reseller of Melbourn IT.
I cannot find ANY information on what needs to be done about a deceased owner to have the domain transferred or changed or just -anything- when a domain registrant passed.
Anyone? Phone number? Email? Anything?

I'm sorry to hear about your step dad. Regarding a situation like this with the domain name, it would be best to get into contact with the company you registered the domain name through originally. In this case it would be Yahoo! Small Business. Here is their contact information:
