We're glad you contacted us for help but we just want to clarify for specific login issues with your provider you will need to contact them directly. We'd be happy to provide you with all of their contact info if you could tell us the provider you registered your domain name with. Thanks!

Another option to find the specific providers contact information is to again click the large orange "Ask A Question" button to the right. Select "Technical Questions." From the next dialogue, select your specific provider with whom you registered your domain name with and the appropriate contact information should load.
